Marketing opportunities for norwegian red genetics in Africa
Norwegian red are breed of cattle in Norway. the company for breeding is Geno. geno want to expand into the African market through sale of either life cow or frozen sperms to African farmers. Eight African countries has been selected for the study. and Tanzania is recommended as the country Geno should lauch the breed.
the task is to perform SWOT analysis on dairying in each country under study.
segment the dairy market base on needs. note that Geno does not sell dairy products so you cant segment the market base on dairy products.
