State the purpose of your study. What triggers may have initiated this study? Be sure to discuss why this is beneficial to the facility and the practice of nursing.
Describe a specific theoretical or conceptual framework and how this underpins your study.
State the hypothesis or research questions that you hope to answer with your pilot study. Be sure that they are measurable.
Describe how you could do your pilot study and how you might analyze the data.
Describe how you could evaluate the process, the outcomes, and disseminate your results.
This paper will have the following sections: Abstract, Introduction, Problem and Purpose, Review of Literature, and Methodology.
