How does age gender race of top management team and firm performance for companies on the Best Companies to Work for list
How does age, gender, race of top management team and firm performance for companies on the Best Companies to Work for the list? I would need to have a list of 100 companies and run regression to see if different variable have an effect on the firm performance.
