Urban Poverty
The purpose of this paper is to address the social problem of urban poverty and to present a decisive vision for church intervention. I will begin by articulating a theological framework and model that supports a holistic ministerial and spiritual approach. It will then lead to a reflection of the present issues in context of our present culture as it relates to urban culture. Next, I will present a biblical, theological and ethical foundation designed for the work.
