Interviewing an entrepreneur and developing a case study

this is an assignment for a class called Entrepreneurial Society.
Here are the details about the assignment:
The project involves interviewing an entrepreneur (or more than one if you wish) and developing a case study. Interviews should be face-to-face (Skype may be fine). Developing the case studies may involve more than one interview. And the document should do two main things:
Give a brief history of the entrepreneur: Who are they? What is their life and career history (to the extent that it relates to their entrepreneurship)? Why did they become entrepreneurs? What form does their entrepreneurship take? What are their perspectives on entrepreneurship, generally, and on entrepreneurship for them? There may be other interesting topics that merit inclusion, but these are the minimum.
Relate the entrepreneur’s experience to some aspect of the course. For instance, if your entrepreneur is female, we will be spending time in class discussing female entrepreneurship. If your entrepreneur is a migrant to Canada (or elsewhere), there’s a section in the course which discusses this too. We’ll be talking about lots of things (family business, franchising, growth, innovation, internationalisation, etc.). You should be able to link to some section of the course. Worst case scenario, you can talk to the opening sections on the nature of entrepreneurship
As well, the professor expects critical thinking and reflect crictically, althought not necessarily critical, on the entrepereneurs and on the theory of entrepreneurship.
A few additional points I would like to let you know is that:
assignment to be long enough to be good (and substantial), but short enough to avoid being boring. Whatever you do, don’t pad! Less than 2000 words is unlikely to do that. More than 5000 is too much (hence my suggestion of 2700 words)
Professor provide relatively little of either guidance or direction for what he consider to be a good reason: He doesn’t want the same thing many times over. He would like variety and thinks that determining the way ahead is an important part of the assignment
