Directions:
Write a 1,250-1,500-word paper that discusses an organizational behavior theory from Miner"s article, "The Rated Importance, Scientific Validity, and Practical Usefulness of Organizational Behavior Theories: A Quantitative Review." Address the following in your paper:
1. Identify one of the theories from the Miner article.
2. Discuss any new research findings since Miner"s review.
3. Support how the application of this theory has been successful or unsuccessful within an organizational setting.
