1. What are the attitudes and beliefs that registered nurses have regarding conducting research in the hospital?
2. What is the level of nurses" preparedness when conducting research?
Current literature focuses more on implementation science and the implementation of research. I am looking for the attitudes, beliefs and preparedness of registered nurses in CONDUCTING research specifically.
